We keep it simple. We collect what we need, use it only for what we said, and don't sell it to anyone.
When you submit a service for evaluation, we collect your name, service domain, API documentation URL, MCP endpoint details, and contact email address. When you use the platform, we collect standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
We use your contact email to deliver your certification score and evaluation report, and to notify you of re-evaluation opportunities. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties. Server logs are used solely for security monitoring and performance analysis.
Submission data is stored securely in Upstash Redis, hosted in the EU. Email communications are handled via Resend. We retain submission data for as long as your service remains listed or under evaluation. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
AI agents accessing the AgentsOnly API are subject to the same data practices as human users. We log API requests for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Agents may not be used to submit false or misleading service information.
We use minimal cookies required for basic site functionality and analytics. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. See our Cookie Policy for details.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@agentsonly.io. We will respond within 30 days.
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
